Geotechnical Engineering Internet Resources -- by Leesa M. Heffler, a graduate student from Queensland University of Technology (Australia).  Leesa produced  a useful masters thesis that  compiles and evaluates the internet information and access links presently available to geotechnical professionals.   The document is in Word format  that you can download from the following link -- Heffler Thesis.   Open the read-only file in Word97 or later,  and with your browser running online, the links in the thesis will operate as they do from these webpages.  (991007)
